- On-site sauna facilities
- Cold plunge and cold-water immersion facilities
- Compression and percussion recovery tools
- Event recovery passes and bookings
All services are provided for general recovery and wellbeing purposes only.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking or participating
- Maintain the security of any account or booking confirmation
- Use our services only for lawful purposes

- Physical activity, sauna use, and cold-water immersion involve inherent risks, including but not limited to dizziness, fainting, dehydration, hypothermia, or cardiac events
- You are responsible for assessing your own fitness and suitability to participate
- Ignite Recovery services are not medical treatment and do not replace professional medical advice
- You should consult a healthcare professional before using recovery services if you have any medical condition or concern
- You must inform Ignite Recovery staff of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to participation
- Participation in all services is voluntary and undertaken entirely at your own risk
Ignite Recovery is not responsible for injuries or health issues arising from normal use of services, except where required by law.
5. Payment and Cancellation
- Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed
- Event-based services are subject to capacity limits and operational constraints
- Event schedules, availability, and session timing may change due to race timings, weather, or event operations
- Ignite Recovery is not responsible for delays or missed sessions caused by event scheduling or personal timing
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance unless otherwise stated
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy and event-specific conditions
- Ignite Recovery reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice
